How would your days look like!
After checking into our surreal stay, rest for a while, soak in the beauty of nature and brace yourself for a beautiful journey to realise your innerself
Day 1
Connecting to the Now
Detach your self from the external clutter, internal chaos and bring it back to the present moment through research-based meditative art forms, somatic breathwork, visualisations, reflection, gratitude and energy center awareness and vocal sound meditation. Today, you take a look inward and observe the chaos to let it settle through the power of awareness.
Day 2
Dive in Deeper
Today we shall be working on the retreat intention through intense internal work & somatic movements to keep your body aligned with the release and reset. Our evening by the river would be spent relaxing with an intuitive art flow on canvas.
Today’s night would give you a refined understanding on reflective and gratitude journaling along with intuitive movement and Energy centers awareness through vocal sound healing.
Day 3
The Beginning of a New Journey
The last day, we begin with salutations to the source of life on earth and seek for energies to realign with our true self. Then you would immerse yourself in Forest Bathing to benefit your physical self of the healing ions and phytoncides released by natural elements.
We begin the journey of better internal awareness, clarity, creativity, bliss, calm and courage through the real-self mapping.
