Goa Creative Retreat
A 3-day creative escape to rural Goa making art, embracing slow living, and creating simply for the pure joy of it.
3 Days in Goa
Dates: To be Announced
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the constant rush and give yourself the time and space to create, explore and reconnect with what makes you feel alive. Set amidst the quieter, greener side of Goa, the retreat brings together art, nature, local culture and unhurried living in a way that leaves plenty of room for curiosity and play. By the end of the retreat, you will discover a renewed sense of creativity and the confidence to express yourself.
You’ll try new forms of creative expression, work with your hands, spend time in nature and experience the joy of making without worrying about perfection. From painting and printmaking to creating beside a waterfall and contributing to a collaborative canvas, every experience is designed to spark curiosity and help you reconnect with your innate creativity.
The goal of the retreat is for each participant to depart with a heightened sense of self, ways to express your thoughts, emotions and ideas and a strengthened mindset that embraces calmness and present-moment awareness, along with a profound sense of gratitude for life.

How would your days look like!
After checking into our surreal stay, rest for a while, soak in the beauty of nature and brace yourself for a beautiful journey to realise your innerself
Day 1
Arrive. Unwind. Create.
Settle into your riverside stay, meet your fellow Slow Lifers and ease into the retreat with a hands-on Azulejos tile painting workshop inspired by Goa's Portuguese heritage.
The session is designed to slow you down, introduce you to a local art form and help you experience the simple pleasure of creating with your hands.
As evening arrives, gather around a bonfire for music, stories, laughter and a wholesome dinner, creating space for connection and letting the group come together naturally.
Day 2
Nature. Art. Rural Goa
Today we will be immersing ourselves into the wild, where you will hike to a beautiful waterfall for an art picnic surrounded by greenery. The experience brings together nature, stillness and creativity encouraging you to pause, observe and create without the pressure of an outcome.
Later, design and block-print your own tote bag, learning a traditional creative technique while experimenting with patterns, textures and your own ideas. The day ends with a heritage village exploration in old Goa and a relaxed Goan dinner offering a chance to experience a quieter, more rooted side of Goa.
Day 3
Create Together. Carry It Forward.
The last day, begin slowly with a silent nature walk, tuning into the sights and sounds around you and move onto a collaborative art experience where a everyone contributes gathering colours, patterns and stories along the way. It is an invitation to let go of perfection, embrace spontaneity and discover what can emerge when different people create together.End your retreat with a plantation walk and a traditional Goan farm-to-table lunch, followed by a sharing circle.
